Question
Hi, I was just wondering if I would be suitable to play linebacker for a senior varsity team and if I would be, would I play middle, weak or strong? I am 6'0 170 pounds and I normally play defensive halfback (canadian football) and free safety. The combine doesn't start for another 4 months so I plan to gain mass while doing my off-season training over the winter.

Dear Steven,
I do not know if you can play linebacker at all I have never seen you play football. The person you need to ask is your football coach.

My advice to you is to get into the best possible shape you can get into. You need to workout everyday, drink lots of water, eat the right things (stay away from junk food), and get plenty of rest. This way you will know that you gave it all you had.
