Question i was just wondering how i could get scouted .. and if there is a way i could turn highlights in to colleges.

Have your high school football coach Send a highlight clip to the college of your choice and wait to see what happens. You got nothing to lose. Be sure to have your high school football coach make first contact because you do not want to break any N.C.A.A rules.
