hey im a semi pro football player and im about 5'9" 340 and want a quicker way to drop weight i play fullback and need to be at like 250-240 to feel like i can last the entire game what tips are helpful for my situation how can i improve my stamina speed and lose my gut?

lots of cardio and cardiovascular activity complimented by proper diet and weight training, will do wonders for you. I personally have lost 30 pounds of fat of this guideline, and still weighed 235. why? because not only did i burn fat off, I gained muscle. I ended up gaining over 30 pounds worth of healthy weight and muscle. Im not sure if you've ever seen the infomercial for a training plan called p90x, if you have, thats  a good guide line. it involves weights while doing cardio activities. It's proven by science, that if you were to do anysort of cardio excersises, even walking, while carry some for of weight, it burns almost 3 x as much calories. although dropping about 80 will take a fair amount of time, if you keep working at it and get a solid routine down, you will achieve your goals. and with your weight, you would make a good line man.
