i live in california and im 5'4 and 135lb.my 40 is 5.0,my bench is 160, squat 295 im pretty well built but im about to play varsity. what can i do to get better?

Since I do not know you personally, seek a local or professional certified trainer...Check w/ staff of a nearby college or junior college.  Ask him/her for some specific routines for your particular size & goals.  They will usually give you a complimentary & free analysis.

My first hint to you would be nutrition however.  The proper foods would go farther that a strength program at this point.  Get an appointment w/ a dietician at a local school or hospital for the best results.....
