hi im randy box well  ill be a sophmore this year i was second string for varsity as a freshamn an now the senior graduated an now i have to step up into some big shoes as a sophmore the coaches say im good but senior thing im a puss an i was wondering u got any thing that could help me i play middle linebacker  any tips?????

Become a team leader, first of all, off the field & then on.....You have to earn their respect, then you earn the position.  Ask your coach for a private meeting & let him know your desires, goal, & concerns.  He knows you personally & can offer the most assistance since I do not know you.

Your coach will be honest, forthright, & can challenge you in your lacking areas without embarrassing you & will assist you in getting where you wish to be.  Print this out & share it w/ him.  Trust him to do his job, he gets paid because he is a professional.  After you meet w/ him, contact me back.....
