7 men line of scrimmage

Question
if i want to line up in a i formation with wr on left on the line plus te on left,with 5 lineman, can i put other wr on right side of ball off line and put in motion without being called for illegal formation thanks for all your help,

The requirements are you must have 5 linemen numbered 50-79 on the line of scrimmage and not more than4 backs in the backfield.  In your formation   WR    TE T G C G T  there ate 7 on the LOS the WR on the right who goes in motion is a back.  It is a legal formation but the TE is covered by the WR on the leftside so the TE may not go down field on a pass play because he is covered an ineligible by positioning.
