Football Training for UK Players Moving to the US: Exercises & Prep

Hi name is Ben. I am 15, 6"1 & 154 lbs. l currently live in the UK but l plan to move over to the US when l'm 18 to follow my football career. I used to play WR for a team but then we moved. Is there any excercises to help prepare to play football in the US.

Ben two things that you need to do as a football player. 1st running sprints and stretching. Sprints will increase your stamina and overall speed and quickness. Second thing is developing strength by lifting weights. Work on bench press, squats and leg press. These are the core lifts for football players. GOOD LUCK COACH NOEL!
