I love football but on the feild and in practice always get to me, watching the varsity play. Im going to jv for 8th grade but i dont think i can do good. how do I bring my motavation up for the games and practice?

I have all of the athletes who come to see me answer a few questions and I think they will help you, too.  Write down the questions to each one, this really helps.

First question - what do you REALLY want?
Second question - what will that do for you, what will you get out of it?
Third question - what are you willing to do to get it?

These are the questions that can jack up your motivation and keep it up.  The reason you write it down is so you can read it over and over and over, especially when you start doubting yourself or have a bad experience.  I can tell you that EVERYONE has untapped potential and one way to tap into it is keeping what you want, and why, in front of you as much as possible.
