Answer
Jordan,

Hard to answer without knowing what your workout is but at 14 years old you should only be lifting 3 days a week. You need to give your body time to recover and heal. Thats how you get bigger. Also you need to eat a healthy diet and get rest at night. Talk to your coach about a lifting program that will help you gain strength and size.

Good luck.
