High School Football Defense.

Question
My son has started his first year of teaching and has been appointed assistant coach in charge of the defense on the Jr. Varsity Football Team.
He was, for four years, a "gopher" for the UNLV football team under John Robison.  This hardly qualifies him to coach.  However he is enthusiastic about it and wants to do the best job possible.  What books dealing with the fundamentals of the defensive game could you recommend for him at this level.  Instructions dealing with Line play, Defensive backs, etc.
It's a great sport and people like you make it possible to keep our kids safe and involved in school.
