Question
I have a banner that has the original six logos on it and under them are dates. The dates are as follows.Montreal CIRCA 1945 toronto 1926, boston 1962, new york 1963, detroit1954, chicago1937.All have CIRCA before dates. CAn you tell me what the dates stand for?

Answer
Hello Danny,

That banner you have sounds like an "Original Six Heritage Banner".  If you do a Google search for each team specifically and type in something like "Toronto Maple Leafs Heritage Banner", you'll see each team's banner come up.  Each banner will show the different versions of team logos over the years on it and under each logo will be CIRCA and a date.  The dates on your banner are the years those specific logos started being used by their team.

Hope this helps!
