Answer
Hi Mak...

A great set of drill/exercises for any hockey player including goalies are those involving plyometrics.   They give you power, stability, extra range of motion, explosiveness and can even help prevent injuries...

You can google it and you will find all kinds of information, drills, exercises and even coaches and training centers.

I have also noticed that the better goalies all can play "out" real good.  They have a very good skating ability and super skills with the puck!  So if you have extra time - play forward in some shinny or even road/ball hockey games every chance you get.  You will hone your hand eye coordination skills as well as improve overall agility!  (PLUS IT'S A BLAST TO PLAY!!!).

Of course you can also play out with some lower level rec or local pickup teams too!

Go to GOOD goalie camps if you can...  I found Tretiak's (I believe it's in Chicago) is one of the BEST!

I know this is a pretty broad answer - so feel free to ask any follow up questions on anything more specific...

GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN!

Martial

PS - an all around good exercise to improve hand/eye for ANY hockey player is learning to juggle!!!  You'd be surprised at the benefits it can give!
