Way Too Old?????

2016/7/16 9:38:14

Question
OK Believe it or not, I am 31 and just got into inline hockey! I have never played a sport in my life. I can skate forward and do forward crossovers however that is the basic extent of my skating ability. I am 6'0 255lbs. my question is how do i learn the game without looking like an old overweight moron. Am I getting into something i shouldn't?

Answer
Good day William...

I for one will say that it is never too late and you are never too old.   As long as you enjoy what you do and do what you enjoy!

And it is usually most serving to be independent of the good opinion of others...  to not do would prevent almost all new discoveries and advances from happening...  if you FEEL good about the sport - GO FOR IT...  keep working at it and IT WILL GET BETTER!  That is a natural law - where you put your energy is where your energy grows...

HAVE FUN!
