Rugby: Forwards vs. Backs - Who's More Important?

who is more important as a collective group in a game of rugby? forwards or
backs? and why is this?

This is an "opinion" type question. There is no correct answer. It is said that the backs cannot win a game with an inferior forward pack and this does have a tendency to be true. But a great forward pack can't win a game with a weak back line, especially if defense is weak.
