Question
Hi im planning on playing fullback position as it is what am good at. am 5.9'and 85kg and feel as if am not a perfect height and size for this position. is there a diet plan and fitness routine i can follow to get to a required conditioning

Answer
Hello Arnold. As per my Bio I do not prescribe diet or fitness plans.

I always suggest these requirements.

1. A trainer: qualified Skilled, experienced, preferrable reffered by someone who had success.

2. A good gym with competent staff, modern equipment and the ability to allow cross training and free weights.

3. Doctor consultation: for diet, physical test and what a person at your current age and health should be going for considering your goals.

4. Communication with your coach: probably the best person to ask about your current performance, what he expects from you and where you can improve.

Start my getting a gage on your current levels of fitness, weight, strength, speed MAX V02 etc. Get with the people above and set clear measurable goals and then create a realistic plan to succeed
