Question
Hello, i am 14 years old and i am training to play rugby. Can you recommend any web sites or a program for a second row?
I am particularly interested in finding out various training methods or programs for speed, stamina and fitness etc.
At the moment as well as lifting a few weights and doing some circuits in the gym, I go on the treadmill, but think I should be also doing some kind of interval sprint training, but what kind and how far for how long etc?

Answer
Hi Dominic,

Here are a few links below. I also suggest joining a local athletics club or a gym with quality certified trainers.
