Michigan High School Sports: Ejection Suspension Rules & Rainouts

What is the rule for  the 2 game suspension if the games are rained out. Does the rule take effect the next scheduled games?

With Michigan High School rules an ejected player misses the next day of competition regardless of how many games are played that day.  

ASA doesn't specify a penalty beyond the current game.

Many penalties for ejection that extend beyond the current game are "local".  It would not make any sense for the penalty to not start the next game.  Why give the offending team the choice of when to serve the penalty.
