Softball Rules: Base Coach Leaving Box for Batter-Runner - ASA 14U

Question
This question pertains to ASA 14-U girls fastpitch softball.  Is it legal for a base coach to leave the coaches box to give the batter-runner a hand shake as the batter-runner trots down first base line after a base on balls?  How about after the batter-runner stops at first base?

thank you for you questions

Beause this is still a live ball I'm going to tell the coach to stay in the box as the b-r goes down to 1st base.  A little slap of the hands after she stops at 1st base is ok, no big deal.

What I don't want here is any confusion or deception.
