4-2 with 8 players?

QUESTION: Do you have any idea how to help me set up a 8 man rotation, with keeping setters opposite for 4-2 rotation. Or I could incorporate 3 setters out of the 8 to rotate as well..

Question:  Is this an equal playing time adult league?  If so, how many setters do you have?
Or is a league where you guys are trying to win each match, wanting to put the best players out there as long as the match outcome is in doubt?

QUESTION: This is a 6th grade girls CYO team. I am trying to be fair to all the girls but I am split equally on ability. I have 5 above average players and 5 average. I am trying to have the stronger help the weaker, but at the same time have the stronger team play for the win... I like to win, but progression is the biggest goal here..

6th graders?  Wow! Yes, in my opinion, progression is top priority.
Next questions:
* So you have to substitute legally?  Or can you sub like adults do in a league.... one come out after they serve then goes back after x rotations (where x = the number of adults beyond 6).  
* Why 8 man rotation?  Why not 10?  
After you answer these, I think we'll get it done!
