We play better away than at home? Whats THAT about?

My high school team plays so well when we play at tournaments vs the team that shows up in our home gym?    Any suggestions on how to get them to play to their potential at home?

Quick questions:  
* What do you do differently before the matches?
* What do the players do differently before the matches?
* How are the matches different?  (noise? screaming parents? pressure from coaches? .... or the exact opposite?  No noise?  no parents attending?  coaches are laid back?)
