Answer
Hello Tonya and welcome to www.AllExperts.com

My name is Coach Tovar

I have been a PE Classroom coach for many years and every one has their own volleyball games. Before I became a head volleyball coach in both the US and in Mexico, I created a play system for the older kids. I used to train players from ages 6 yrs to 55 yrs. One day I created a system where you learn the system and any one of those 500 plays called, every player including the back row will know what set to hit (11 types), where to hit (5-7 areas across the net), and who will go 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (because all players attack the net at the same time).

The system became a great success for winning games with my high school and older players. One day my younger players came early to one of our practices. They asked me to teach them the system. I taught them the system in about an hour. We played a game where each side called a play and everyone on the team ran that play. Because of their age group, I had to modify the game.

Here are the steps: We had a server serve, If the other team had a good bump to the setter or close enough, then the ball was given to one of our coaches, the coach would slap the ball and then throw the ball to the setter, everyone on the team started the play, the setter set the ball to which ever 4 players that were running that play, the defense had to figure out how to block a player or how to block 3 to 4 attackers all running towards the net at the same time.

The system showed the players in which area to hit, and what set to hit as well as the order on who goes first in case of a crossing play, piston play, slide play, or trick play. The net was dropped down to 5 feet to start with and was eventually raised up to 6 feet. Remember these kids were anywhere from 6yrs to 10 yrs and not that tall. These kids were also barely learning the game of volleyball.

I later became the head coach to our club team in Mexico where my own team stole my book. During our club team practices with my new team i could see them practicing those plays and having a lot of fun. I later found out that they would run those plays against their competition. We ourselves only lost two games in the two seasons, of course we lost those two games before trying my system out. The name of the system was named by my players. It is called "The Bomb Volleyball Offensive System". I now sell these books for anyone.

The system can be used for middle school all the way up to the Olympic levels. I have a Basic, Advanced, PRO, and an EXPERT level. The level has nothing to do with your level of play, it has to do with the number of plays.

Please email me at [email protected] if you would like a FREE complete system.I only send some free ones once in a while. This system can be used to any levels.

I hope this answers your question.
