franks fly rod
I picked this up at a second hand store in Lansing, MI. it says the usual, Heddon pal pro weight,#8383 7 1/2' fly, for weight 5 lines, but under that is Franks signature. I know the value of these rods, but does the signature add anything to the value? i can't find any Heddon "signature" series rods with his name, so i assume it was made by him?
