Poor body positioning is one of the main factors for poor execution of the following skills: volleying and the dig pass. devise Two drills for each of these skills? please help me sir

I'm not sure if I can give you a body positioning drill but here are two digging drills.

Dig 2

Have two coaches on the same side of the net as you are (each coach has two balls).  The first coach (who is in the right front) hits you a down ball, you pass and turn to the other coach (who is in the left front) hits a down ball to you.  You then turn to the first coach and play a free ball and finally turn back to the other coach and play another free ball.

Run Through's

Line up in position 1 coach is in the setters position he/she then trows balls to the 10' line and the passers have to pass the ball and stay on their feet at the same time.  Have players do the same drill in positions 5 and 6.
