This seems like a homework question but I will help you anyway.

There are only three real penalties in volleyball
1- a red card which gives the other team a point ant the ball.
2-a yellow card which is a warning
3-the lose of a point because of an error.

I would say the 10 most common errors are as follows (and the penalty is the lose of a point)
1 hitting error (lose of point)
2 serving error (lose of point)
3 ball handling error (double hit) (lose of point)
4 lift/carry (lose of point)
5 net violation (lose of point)
6 delay of game.  Wearing jewelry. Not subbing quickly (yellow card)
7 foul language (Red Card)
8 Out of rotation  (lose of point)
9 Screening (lose of point)
10 Foot crossing center court line. (lose of point)
11 Four hits. (lose of point)
