Antique Fishing Rod Valuation: Identification & Estimated Value

I recently found a fishing rod by "union hardware company" Torrington. Conn. USA. its old, and says PAT.APPLD.FOR. and i also found a bamboo rod with no company, i think its the same one, how much money do you think these are worth each?

Antique %26 Collectible  Fishing Rods: Identification %26 Value Guide Homel, Dan. 1997 (2nd edition 2000) add about 30% for age of book.

I assume your rod is bamboo (flat sided) and fly (reel below the handle). If not all bets are off.

Homel gives the Union Hardware 8 1/2 ft  model Trout fly rod with an extra tip, 2 sections the  value of  $35, 80 and $145 for poor, good, excellent condition respectively.

If your rod is longer or 3 piece than less 15% for each.

AS to the 2nd rod you could go by the above as a guess , but I need allot more information to venture a estimate.
