Ross Gunnison Reel

I have a pre-1998 Ross Gunnison G-1 reel in very good shape, I thinks it's a 3 or 4 weight.  Although not a vintage reel, I believe it's desireable because it was discontinued.  I was wondering if you could give me a ballpark estimate of what it's worth?

Yes, I know that the pre-98's are a sought after reel by RR fanatics.  I am not an expert on them so I do what I always do, look at the e-bay history on them.  It looks like they sell in the $80 to $100 range if they are in good shape with the pouch and box.  Some a little more, some a little less.

I have never had one so I don't know what the attraction is.  But they must be a sweet reel if there is such a following for them.
