Brooklure Rod

I have a 5 Ft. broolure rod, im trying to get any web page were I can find the exact model , had quilt grips.

I assume this is a casting rod, and that it is bamboo?

The Brooklure label was put on bamboo rods made by Horrocks-Ibbotson for another company to sell at retail.  I do not recall (if I ever knew) the name of the other company.

You can likely find more information by comparing the rod to H-I models of the same type.
