Identifying Tallett Rod Company Fishing Rods (Cape Vincent, NY)

I have two rods that are silk wrapped and the name I have found is the Tallett Rod Company Cape Vincent, NY. one rod has a date on the butt of June 2, 1914. do you have any information on this company or where I can find information?
