old garbolino pole

Hello there Joe  i was wondering if you have any information regarding a pole i have had for many years i cant find anything on it even on the manufacturers website i don't even know the length the only information on the pole is as follows:-
GARBOLINO LEADER_TELE-MEDIUM L T 1174  <<-- all in bold capitals
exta legere Action  of pointe or pointl <<-- it is very faded
would you have any information regarding this pole  i dont know how old it is what its value is, or what materials its made off but looks like it might be fibre glass
any information you can shed on this pole would be greatly appreciated

This is a new one for me.  It looks like it is a rod made in the UK for carp and coarse fishing.
