Sears Roebuck Halibut Pole

Question

Sears Roebuck 6ft. Gam
Hi, I have a 6 ft. Sears Roebuck Gamefisher pole which I believe it is for Halibut. It has wooden grips. I was curious on what an estimated value may be for it. It is in good condition, having some minor scuffs from use. The metal also needs to be cleaned, its not rusting however. It has the roller type tip and is very thick and sturdy. Thanks for your time!

Answer
Hi Scott,

I'm not sure who built this rod for Sears but it typical of fiberglass boat rods.  There is not much collector value in these.  This rod in Very Good condition would be around $15-$20 or so.  If it was perfect it might go as high as $30-$40.

Thanks,  Joe
