QUESTION: hello again bob,

this is another photo to hopefully help with identification of my late grandfathers rods

Answer
Ross

These appear to be post WWII, occupied Japan fishing rods. After WW2, Japan started making fishing tackle to revitalize their economy. They made fishing rod sets that came in boxes like yours. These typically sell for $40-60 for the boxed set on ebay. The other rod would sell in a similar price range.

you will need to register and post photos.
