Orvis Reel 75B

Question
A friend of mine has a 75B (not 75A) Orvis Reel, new in the box. He would like to sell it but has no idea what the approximate value is. Any ideas? Thanks.

I am a bamboo trout fly rod man. I have one book on reels, Antique & Collectable Fishing Reels: Identification , Evaluation and Maintenance by Homel, Dan. It does not mention the 75 B but mentions the 75 A , for what it is worth that reel is valued from $6 to $ 35. (poor to excellent condition). It is a spinning reel not a fly. May I suggest  a larger library ? I searched  ebay once  and found no 75s but I would save the search and get it in the email for a month or 2 before I gave up on ebay.
