What kinds of fish that can help in cleaning dam reservoirs?

I need more information. What kind of cleaning do you want to do? Trash? Grass? Some kind of mollusk or other creature causing problems at the dam?

Let me know I will try to help, however I am more of a resource person.. more on the where to go and who to hire side than on the dynamics of a lake system although I am familiar with some things.. If I can answer this with some more info I will try to help.
