I have a friend who has the same last name and she doesn't know what type of name it is.
where does it come from?
France, Basque? Spain?
could you help?

This is really different, since I usually get fishing questions.  However, no problem.

Good question about the name.  My Mother wrote a book about the family in this section.  A few years ago it was said there are 300 Galusha families in the US.  The first governor of Vermont was a Galusha.

As for where it comes from, it is up for grabs to some extent.  The three that we have found are Wales, Isle of Jersey and Italy.  The only coat of arms I've found is from Italy.

While in the Air Force I met a Robert Galusha who said his grandparents were directly from Italy, and could not speak a word of English.

So as you can see, there are a few ideas on the origin.
