Best Practices for Attaching Roe Sacs to Hooks for Steelhead Fishing

I plan on using roe sac with float balls. It will be steelhead roe I put in the netting. What is the best way to attach the bait ball to the  hook? I would like to have the hook go thru the center of the bait ball. Thank for you reponse.

Hi,
I have never actually used this method myself.  I have never seen a reason for the netting. I just cure the eggs and attach them to the hook using a egg loop.  For steelhead, I will use just enough weight to get to the bottom with a small "float ball" and scent, roe or sand shrimp.
