how to tie the line to the hook?

My setting for Tarpon fishing is :
line , Double line ( Bimini twist ) Surgeon Knot, Leader ( 100lb for Tapon ) then Rapala knot , in order the lure swim free...
This setting is the best as Line will never breal on a Knot but on line above the Bimini this mean than you have 100% of line power
My fishing life change on day i tied my first BIMINI this is the knot to learn ... seams dificult but really easy..
I use similar setting for all my fishing at sea , on river etc etc..
