I read your response to a guy that asked about a rod built by Pastor and Co of North Hollywood, CA. I have a 3 pc spinning rod looks never used in a canvas rod bag. On the rod it reads
SP 5'10-3 2 3/4 oz Pastor & Company North Hollywood, California.
Can you tell me more and is there some value to the right collector? Thanks,  Keith

Hi Keith,

I haven't learned anything new since that question regarding Pastor & Company.  Doesn't seem to be much available.

I would guess the rod to be in the $50-$100 range depending on actual condition.  The closer it is to unused the better.

You might also try some of the fiberglass fishing rod discussion boards.  Post a query and see if you find anyone who knows the inside story.
