Sorry, I didn't get this the first time.

You can try any of the online auctions.

You can also try one of the online discussion forums dealing with fly rods...bamboo, fiberglass, graphite...as there will be plenty of potential buyers engaged in the discussions.

You can also try any local fly fishing clubs in your area.  Members of the clubs may be interested in acquiring your rod without even advertising it for sale.
