Berkley Fishing Rod

Hi Marc, I just picked up two really nice Berkley Power Poles, model p-30.  These look liek they have never been used.  I can't find any information about them, not even on the Berkley web site.  What can you tell me?

Hi Erick,

That was Berkley's version of the Ugly Stick.  One of those virtually indestructible rods.  They were probably from the late 1980's.  I don't think they made them for more than a couple years.  I'm sure that if you need a rod with a lot of strength and can take some abuse, these are sill very useable.
