Ambercrombie and Fitch Banty 44 1 oz. flyrod

Just looking for information on the above rod.  It seems to be in excellent condition.  I have the cloth case.  I am intersted in any information about when it might have been made and how to find the current value.  I read Ed's email from 2010.  He stated that he thought only 100 were made.  Just curious if this is true.  I have photos.  I wasn't able to attach them and need more instruction to be able to do so.

I believe your rod is from around 1965, I am not aware of the limited production Ed mentioned.

I have seen a complete set that included the rod, a hardy reel in the original case with flies, etc sell for $250-300. Also, I seen just the rod without the kit no sell on ebay for $40, it was showing distress. Yours sounds like its in better condition probably closer to $80-90.
