Hello,
I am going to St. Vincent in the Grenadines in November.  I am taking my spinning reel and 8' rod, but all the tackle I have is used surf fishing on the coast of North Carolina.  I need information about tackle to get to take with me.  I don't really care what I catch, as long as I am fishing.  I can fish from the beach, or go out in a kayak and fish in the resort's lagoon.  The water would be 40' deep max.  Any advice you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Chris

I have never been there.  Sorry, but the only advice I can offer is to contact the place you are staying.  If they cannot answer your question, see if they can give you the number or address of a local bait and tackle shop.  I am sure such a place would be more than happy to answer your questions since it would probably result in you going there to get the appropriate terminal gear and any local baits or lures that are used in that location.  Good luck!
