grip size

Question
ive been golfing a while now with a standard grip size. i do have small hands and i still cant turn the ball over for a draw. the problem is my fingers dont dig into my palms where i feel uncomfortable but i notice it. my other problem is im not sure if im developing arthritis or not but i to have a lot of pain shooting through my right hand(right handed) if i switch to a midsize grip will my fade become worse?

Answer
Nick,

This is definitely the time for choices. My choice would be play a fade with less pain by trying a larger grip. The other thing I would try is to lighten up on the degree of pressure you put on the club with your hands. This may be causing the pain and it will be easier to release the club with less pressure.

It is still possible to draw the ball with a larger grip but it takes active hands.

Good luck,
