Golf Skins Money

Question
We are having a golf outing for scholarships and we have a difference of opinion in regards to the skins game.  Should we payout 100% to the golfers since this is there gambeling money?  The other opinion is that we should only payout 50 % since it is for scholarships?

2) How many players do you have at this point?

3) Where is the scholarship money coming from if it doesn't come from the skins game?

4) Do you have sponsors for the event?

5) Is this the first year for this event?
