What is the highest score a golfer can take on a hole if their handicap is between 15-20?

I assume you mean what is the highest score they can count on a given hole for handicap purposes. Otherwise, there is no limit.

For a 15-19 handicap, the highest score that can be used in calculating the round's differential score is 7. For a 20 handicap, the highest score is 8.
