4-Man Scramble Strategy: Optimal Player Order for B, C, & D Players

Question
I have been in 4 man scrambles before and there wasn't a rotation set up before we played.  I am a B player and the buddies I usually play with are D & C players.  Which should go first, second, third & last and why?

Answer
I like to have the better players play last. They are likely to have more experience playing under pressure if the first few guys don't hit a good shot and they are also most likely to be able to execute a conservative play successfully when a safe shot is needed. However, when one of the less experienced players gets off a good shot, it frees the better player to be more aggressive.
