Choosing the Right Golf Shaft for Your Handicap & Swing Speed

Can you tell me what shaft can work for handicaps 3-12 in irons and in drivers plz??

well, handicaps 3 to 12 is very different.
however, both handicapps are good enough to be using stiff shafts.  BUT you do not match your shaft with your handicapps...  you NEVER do.  you match your shaft by your age, sometimes by sex and most importantly your swing speed.  an old golfer who has a solid short game can hit 3 but he may be lacking distance so he may need a grahite shaft.  a guy that hits 12 but hits it a long way may need a steel, stiff shaft.  so you cannot determine which handicapp fits you by comparing your handicapps.
