I picked up a used set of Crown Regal 4 in real nice shape with bubble shafts senior flex 4woods 13*19*16*23*what are they and who made the clubs are they clones or what thanks for your time .

Ron:  Tried to find out who makes the Crown Regal and could only find sellers of the brand.  From the price of new clubs they are definitely not top of the line.  And from the looks I doubt they are knock-offs as they tend to copy top of the line models.  That's not to say they aren't good clubs and wouldn't serve you well.  Only by comparing those to what you've used can you decide if they are worth putting in your bag.  You don't necessarily have to have the best to enjoy the game.

If you live near one of the major golf retailers, you can look into trying the better clubs.  Here in central Florida, people can leave a credit card and take clubs to the range for a try-out.  This will tell you if the better brands give you that much more for the money.

And just because a club costs more will not guarantee better performance.  Those same golf shops should help you get fitted for your ideal club make-up.
