The minimum is 15.  However, if a player is exempt because of wins or money list standings or a number of other exemptions (life time if you've won 65 events, for instance) the 15 event minimum would not affect the player's ability to play.  If you are asking this question with respect to Tiger's status on tour...he has no problem maintaining membership status.  It "could" affect his right to vote on tour issues, however.
