Golf League matrix

Hi There
I have been tasked with organising a golf league for two divisions of eight teams, playing on the same course over the summer months,and I have been trying to work out a format for weeks without success.  Can you please help me?

Are there 8 teams in each division?

Also, how many weeks of play are you wanting to schedule?

Do you want to have a playoff at the end of season or just play the regular season and let the record determine the championship?

How many people on a team? (2 person teams?, 4 person teams?, etc.)

I think with answers to my questions, I can work out a possible schedule.
