Where do I start

Question
Hey my name is chris.  Long story short i JUST moved to a small town outside of Reno, NV and found that to my suprise there are a ton of mountains... Ive been out of the loop the last few years cause of the army but im ready to get back into it... But being new I need help.. Any suggestions on a good mountain to start at? Should I try to hit all 22 of them or stick to 1 and get a season pass? Who gets the best snow?

Hey Chris,

It's been quite some time since I skied anywhere in that area. Not sure how their snowpacks have been lately so don't know who is getting the best snow. Check out www.goski.com under Ski USA. You can click on a state and then check out the websites of all the ski areas near you. Most will post some historical data that may help you with snow conditions. You can also get an idea of what runs they have and what their costs are for lifts.
